She has 20+ years of experience directing all aspects of HI in specialty, multidisciplinary, and academic healthcare systems. Terri earned a master’s in healthcare administration from Regis University, bachelor’s degree in HIM from University of Cincinnati, and associate’s degree in HIM from the University of Alaska. She’s also an AHIMA-approved trainer for ICD-10 and revenue cycle.
