Course Summary

The Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) is the measurement tool used by the nation’s health plans to evaluate their performance in terms of clinical quality and customer service. More than 235 million people are enrolled in plans reporting HEDIS results, making it one of healthcare’s most widely used performance tools. HEDIS is a set of standardized performance measures designed to ensure purchasers and consumers have the information needed to reliably compare healthcare quality. Because HEDIS measures are precisely defined, they allow for apples-to-apples comparisons across health plans—making it easier than ever to track performance, identify gaps, and drive improvement.

Join us as we discuss HEDIS measurement year (MY) changes, updates, trends and results with an esteemed panel of NCQA representatives, so health information professionals and health plans are adequately prepared.
