Event Summary

There’s a saying, "In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.” For health information professionals, a third certainty following any public health emergency can depend on a third thing: regulatory and legislative changes at federal and state levels. Join us as we provide a timely overview of these changes before examining what health information professionals can expect to see in the year ahead. We’ll discuss concepts including why health information professionals should anticipate more regulatory, or deregulatory, action at the federal level and highlight the critical role health information professionals play in shaping public policy through informed advocacy and leadership.
